- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Business name
- Job role or title
- Service or solution needed
- Budget range
- Project timeline
- Any additional custom questions shown on the form
Cookies, analytics, and advertising technology
When you visit our website, we or our service providers may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure our marketing.
We use Google Analytics 4 (provided by Google LLC / Google Ireland Limited, as applicable) to collect aggregated usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser information, referral and campaign parameters (including UTM tags in the page URL), and interactions with contact links and forms. Google sets analytics cookies and processes data according to Google's terms and privacy policy. You can learn about Google's practices and opt-out tools at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
We also plan to implement the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure ad performance on Meta platforms, build audiences, and improve campaign delivery. When enabled, Meta's tools may collect or receive identifiers such as cookie IDs, device and browser information, IP address (where permitted), pages viewed, and conversion events (for example, lead form submissions).
Your browser may also send standard server log data (such as IP address, user agent, and requested URLs) to our hosting provider when you load pages.
Why we use personal data
We use the personal data described above for the following purposes:
- To respond to inquiries you send via the website, WhatsApp, email, or Meta lead forms
- To evaluate fit, prepare proposals, and follow up on sales and project discussions
- To measure website traffic and engagement (including through Google Analytics 4) and to attribute and optimise our advertising on Meta and other platforms (including when the Meta Pixel and Conversions API are in use)
- To maintain the security and reliability of our website and communications
- To comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims
Legal basis and consent (DPDP Act)
Under the DPDP Act, we act as a Data Fiduciary for personal data we determine the purpose and means of processing. We rely on your consent where required—for example, for certain cookies/advertising technologies and for processing submitted through lead forms where consent is presented.
We may also process personal data when necessary to respond to your request or inquiry (performance of a requested service or steps prior to entering a contract), for our legitimate interests in operating and growing our business (such as sales follow-up and ad measurement), or to comply with law.
You may withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. See "Your rights" below for how to withdraw or object.
How long we keep personal data
We retain personal data only for as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law.
- Sales and project inquiries (email, WhatsApp, contact flows, and Meta lead data): up to 3 years from the date of last meaningful contact, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever is earlier
- Advertising measurement data held by Meta or other ad platforms: according to those platforms' settings and our campaign configuration (often up to 24 months for event data); we do not control all retention settings on third-party systems
- Cookie and pixel data (when implemented): typically up to 13 months from collection, unless you clear cookies earlier
- Server and security logs via hosting providers: generally up to 90 days, unless needed longer for security investigations
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, including the DPDP Act, you may have the following rights in relation to your personal data:
- Right to access information about personal data we process about you
- Right to correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Right to erasure/deletion when retention is no longer necessary or consent is withdrawn (subject to legal exceptions)
- Right to withdraw consent for consent-based processing
- Right to nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity (as provided under the DPDP Act)

To make a request or raise a privacy grievance, email innsonictechnologies@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy request" or call +91 73821 86300. Our services and website are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18. If you believe we have collected a child's personal data, contact us at innsonictechnologies@gmail.com and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include access controls, secure hosting, and careful handling of inquiry channels.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to maintain appropriate safeguards for the data we handle.
Third-party websites and platforms
Our website may link to third-party sites (for example, WhatsApp or Meta). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. When you submit a Meta Instant Form, Meta's terms and privacy policy also apply to data collected on their platforms.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. We will post the updated policy on this page and revise the "Last updated" date below. For material changes affecting lead ads or tracking technologies, we will provide additional notice where required.
